Shiping policy

At Health Key Nutrition, we typically ship orders on the same day they are received. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days from the dispatch date, barring non-working days such as Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Rest assured, we strive to ensure timely delivery within the timeframe provided by our logistics partners’ website.

Return policy

To return the goods, the customer should postmark them within 7 days from the delivery date. All the items should be in original condition & unused.

Process

To return the product, follow these steps:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 3 days of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees: After the initial cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount may apply.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team through healthkeynutrition555@gmail.com/+91 9982363555 and provide their order details. Once the cancellation request is received and processed, a confirmation will be sent to the customer.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Days after the cancellation request is approved. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
